They are sticky, so pack wipes. They don't give your kids the sugar rush like some things do. Very natural & tasty. The "Sweet Strawberry" flavor is great. It tastes a lot like other fruits, as well (I definitely detect apple and grape in there), and it's like eating a flattened version of the fruit.
